A new opportunity to join the team from outside has arisen for an experienced International Tax Senior Manager. Working within a Top 10 firm, in a team that has achieved incredible results over the past few years, you will be focussed on delivering technical advice to large multinationals and mid-sized firms as they navigate tax reforms, Brexit and global issues.
In our team you will have exposure to a variety of clients in the international Public Interest Entities and Private Equity Funds arena. Delivering a full-service international corporate tax package you will be responsible for advising on corporate transactions, M&A tax due diligence and IPO’s and quantifying the effects of global initiatives such as the OECD’s BEPS. The nature of your work will necessitate excellent working relationships with your clients, as well as across the business, and you will coordinate your work with the internal compliance, R&D and VAT teams to name but a few. You will have an excellent awareness of tax issues for Large International Corporates, and be able to identify opportunities and risks therein.
We are looking to speak with experienced Senior Managers who are looking to work within a self-motivated, collaborative and supportive team. You will have the opportunity to meet with clients and travel to other offices and be involved in new business pitches and presentations.
